Step 1
Apply on the webiste
Apply before 5 days you receive. After completed your application, an email will be sent automatically to confirm your order. ^ Your order might be canceled because of our stock, which is made on the date less than 5 days you receive.
Step 2
Receive a Book Receipt of your order
You will receive a Book Receipt within 24 hours after your application completed. Please bring it when you receive your Pocket WiFi.
Step 3
Payment
Please complete your payment within 48 hours after you receive the "Book Receipt ^ If you do not complete it by the date required, your order will be canceled. ^ For a security purpose, you will be required to pay VND 3,300,000 / USD 150 as a deposit. ^ The deposit will be returned back to your bank account or by cache when you return your ocket WiFi with good condition as you received. ^ VAT is not required for a deposit.
Step 4
Pickup and Return your Pockt WiFi
You will be able to receive your Pocket WiFi before 2 days you use at StarTelecom pick up counters. You will be able to receive your Pocket WiFi before 2 days you use by post or delivery.
